Module Houses

The process of producing module houses starts with councelling
and design, we approach each customer individually.

The house is made of the wall shields produced in the factory in
the state of readiness as wanted by the customer. As a new solution
we are offering finger joint connection for connecting the shields.
This solution has been registered in the Patent Board as a useful
model. The assembly unit consists of shield elements 1 and 2
(look at the drawing) and the connection detail 3 that is fixed in
the groove. A strongly connected wall module is formed due to the
air humidity. The advantages of this house are the speed of
construction and small labour cost at the construction site.
Areas of usage – detached houses, cottages, office buildings,
guard houses etc.

Shield Houses

As an alternative to milled log houses, we are offering shield houses consisting of a wall, a roof and floor elements, which are light and easy to assemble. The thickness of the wall is 21 mm. They are suitable for children's play houses, garden houses, guard houses etc.

Milled log houses

Raum OÜ produces milled log houses made of spruce, wall thickness 34, 45 and 68 mm. The houses are completed with windows and doors, the base logs are permeated. Designs can be chosen from the ready-made ones or can be ordered according to the customer's wishes.
Areas of usage: garden house, sauna, cottage, garage, children's house.
